We make fresh, stone-ground idli, dosa, and ragi batters from scratch — right here in Panipat. What started with batters for family and friends quickly grew into something bigger when people kept coming back for more.

Every batch is made with carefully sourced ingredients and our own recipes. No preservatives, no shortcuts. The rice is soaked, the batter is stone-ground, and the fermentation is done naturally — the way it should be.

I handle the kitchen — soaking, grinding, fermenting, and getting every batch just right. My husband helps with everything else, from packing orders early in the morning before heading to work, to keeping the business running behind the scenes. It's a two-person operation built on long mornings and a shared love for good food.

We currently deliver across Panipat Refinery Township and nearby areas. Orders placed through this website are prepared fresh and delivered to your door.
